Four inspection gates before a serial number
Each gate has an owner, a checklist and an escalation path. Pre-shipment inspection is the only gate that can be outsourced — and we encourage it.
IQC — incoming
Cells, glass, encapsulant and frames are sampled against AQL limits on arrival. Rejected lots never reach the line.
IPQC — in-process
Stringer AOI, lamination temperature curves and frame torque are monitored live; deviations stop the line, not the batch.
OQC — outgoing
100% EL imaging, 100% IV flash at STC and visual/AOI checks on every finished module before packaging.
PSI — pre-shipment
Third-party inspection arranged within 3 working days; loading supervised with photo documentation of every pallet.
We break modules so your site doesn't
Sample testing follows the IEC 61215 sequence — the same stress tests your certification certificate is built on.
Climate & IV test benches
Climate chambers cycle modules through temperature and humidity profiles while the IV tester measures power before and after each stress — so degradation shows up as a curve, not a surprise.
Thermal cycling & damp heat
TC200/TC600 thermal cycling between −40 °C and +85 °C, plus DH1000 damp heat at 85 °C / 85% RH, expose solder-joint and encapsulant weaknesses before shipment.
Snow, wind & hail
Mechanical load testing to 5400 Pa snow / 2400 Pa wind per IEC 61215, plus hail impact at 25 mm / 23 m/s. Bifacial dual-glass builds add a second glass layer for exposed sites.
What each test proves
The full test matrix — standard on every production line, reported per shipment.

|---|---|---|
| IV flash at STC | IEC 61215 | 100% of modules, Pmax stored per serial |

The certification stack your market requires
Baseline for every export order; market-specific additions on request. Certificate PDFs ship with the datasheet package.
Documents that open doors — and customs
Top-ten makers control ~75% of global shipments, so every other supplier must prove bankability one certificate at a time. Our stack is the export baseline: IEC 61215/61730, CE and ISO 9001/14001/45001, with UL 61730 — the successor to UL 1703 — for US/Canada entry, plus TÜV Rheinland and PVEL as third-party verification partners.
- IEC 61215 + IEC 61730 — performance and safety qualification
- UL 61730 — required for US and Canada market entry
- TÜV / PVEL — independent bankability signals for utility tenders
- Warranty backing — 15-yr product / 30-yr power, 87.4% at year 30
