Terms of Service & Privacy
The short version: we quote honestly, we build to the datasheet, and we use your contact data only to answer you. The detailed version is below — both sections are dated and maintained by the ems-solar legal office.
Privacy Policy
1. What we collect. When you submit the quote form or email us, we receive the fields you provide: name, work email, company, country, requested quantity and message. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not collect browsing profiles.
2. Why we collect it. Contact data is used for one purpose: preparing and delivering the quotation, samples and order documents you requested. If you opt into market updates, we may send a monthly digest — every digest includes a one-click unsubscribe.
3. Who we share it with. Your data stays inside ems-solar and is never sold. Where a shipment requires it — customs brokers, freight forwarders or third-party inspection agencies — only the minimum data needed for that shipment is shared, under contract.
4. Retention & your rights. Inquiry data is retained for 24 months after the last contact, or as required by export record-keeping rules. Under GDPR you may request access, correction or deletion at any time by writing to sales@ems-solar.com — we respond within 30 days.
5. Cookies. This site uses only technically necessary cookies (or none where your browser blocks them). We do not use third-party marketing cookies. Our analytics, where used, are aggregated and cannot identify you.
Terms of Service
1. Site content. All content on this site — datasheets, specifications, images and brand marks — is the property of ems-solar and is provided for evaluation purposes. Module specifications are indicative and the binding figures are those on the datasheet version referenced in your quotation.
2. Quotes. Written quotations are valid for 30 days from issue and are non-binding until a signed contract or PO acceptance is exchanged. Prices are quoted in USD, FOB, CIF, CFR or DDP as stated, and exclude taxes and duties unless expressly included.
3. Orders & payment. Standard payment is 30% T/T deposit and 70% before shipment; L/C at sight applies from 1 MW or equivalent volume. A production slot is reserved only after deposit receipt. Order quantities follow the MOQ table on the FAQ page — from 1 pallet (~31–33 pcs) to 1×40'HC (~900 pcs of 182 half-cell).
4. Warranty & liability. Product and power warranties are stated per datasheet — 15-year product and 30-year power warranty with linear 0.4%/yr degradation to 87.4% at year 30. Liability is limited to the contract value of the affected modules; no claim for consequential damages applies. Claims are processed by serial number against our stored EL and IV flash records.
5. Intellectual property. Datasheets and certificates are shared under purchase intent and may not be redistributed commercially without written consent. Your logo and branding, once approved for OEM production, are used only on modules and packaging ordered by you.
6. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are first submitted to good-faith negotiation for 90 days; unresolved disputes go to arbitration in Shenzhen, PRC.
