Power that bends
with the surface.
ETFE-frontsheet flexible modules from 100 to 300 W, plus lightweight glass-fiber framed panels to 450 W — 2–5 kg instead of the standard 22–27 kg, so curved decks, camper roofs and weak industrial roofs can finally carry solar. The semi-flexible segment is projected to pass USD 4.74B by 2034, and we build it at factory scale.

Ninety percent less deadload
A standard framed module weighs 22–27 kg and needs racking plus structural checks. A flexible module weighs 2–5 kg and glues down — which is the difference between "roof can't take it" and a working install on curved decks, camper roofs and telecom shelters. Three numbers define the line:
- 1.5–3 mm thick — ETFE flexible panels that conform to curvature with a bend radius of ≥0.3 m
- 2–5 kg vs 22–27 kg — up to 90% less deadload on weak and curved roofs
- <85 °C cells — heat-dissipating backsheet structure fixes the old flexible-panel failure mode, with an ETFE frontsheet that stays UV-stable for 25 years
The demand is already visible in the market: a record 10.2M off-grid solar units sold in 2025 reached 148M people, and Africa buys roughly 9 of every 10 kits — light, shippable modules are the backbone of that channel.
Flexible ETFE and lightweight framed formats
100–300 W flexible panels for curved surfaces, 350–450 W lightweight glass-fiber framed for flat roofs that cannot take standard deadload.

All values at STC, ±3% Pmax tolerance. Flexible: ETFE frontsheet, bend radius ≥0.3 m, adhesive mounting. Lightweight: glass-fiber reinforced frame, ~50% lighter than standard framed modules. IEC 61701 salt-mist rating on all marine formats.
Three numbers importers quote back to us
2–5 kg
Up to 90% less deadload than a 22–27 kg framed module — no structural reinforcement on many roofs, no racking on curved decks.
<85 °C cells
Heat-dissipating structure and a 25-year UV-stable ETFE frontsheet fix the historic flexible-panel overheating failure mode.
USD 4.74B by 2034
The semi-flexible segment is projected past USD 4.74B by 2034 — off-grid sales hit 10.2M units in 2025 alone.
Where the weight disappears
Curved decks
Salt-spray environments — IEC 61701 salt-mist rated with corrosion-resistant J-box and connectors.
Glue-down power
1.5–3 mm panels conform to roof curvature; adhesive mounting needs no penetrations or racking.
Shelter roofs
Compact 100–300 W formats on shelter roofs and tower racks — small footprint, 24/7 reliability.
SHS kits
30–120 W rugged DC formats pack ~1,500–2,000 pcs per 40'HC — dense freight for aid and PAYGo programs.
