Working With Us

How an order moves from RFQ to arrival

Six stages, each with a clear customer cooperation point — so nothing gets held up waiting for a decision that should have been made earlier.

RFQ & spec confirmation

Send quantity, power range and destination port. Our engineers confirm the module spec fits your site, rack and market certification needs. Customer: confirm voltage and rack compatibility.

Quotation & terms

Price, Incoterm, payment split and delivery window returned with the document set attached. Customer: review and countersign the quotation.

Sample & approval

Physical samples or approved reference modules stand in for mass production; OEM orders get branding samples. Customer: sign off logo, frame and spec freeze.

Production & inspection

Line time reserved after deposit; EL imaging and IV flash run at every stage; third-party PSI optional. Customer: may schedule a remote audit.

Documentation & logistics

Certificates, packing list, invoice and loading report assembled; container booked under the agreed Incoterm. Customer: provide consignee and import documents.

Shipment & handover

Loading supervised with photo records per pallet; tracking shared; after-sales window opens on arrival. Customer: inspect on arrival per our inspection guide.

Logistics & Transit

Shipping math you can plan around

Freight is a measurable share of landed module cost — these are the reference numbers we quote against.

18 answers from the export desk

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
One pallet (~31–33 pcs) for stock models. The standard export MOQ is 1×40'HC container — about 900–936 pcs of the 182 half-cell format. Project orders are negotiable from 1 MW.
Can I order a single pallet as a trial?
Yes. Stock formats ship from one pallet, which lets you validate the product, documents and service before committing to container volumes.
What is the lead time for production orders?
Stock models despatch in 3–7 days. Production orders take 20–30 days after deposit and spec confirmation. OEM/ODM orders with custom branding run 30–40 days.
Can you hold production capacity for my project timeline?
Yes. Capacity is fixed for 30 days once your PO is accepted, and a 30% deposit locks the production slot — the way we support tender-driven project schedules.
What warranty do you provide?
15-year product warranty and 30-year power warranty with linear degradation of 0.4%/year, guaranteeing 87.4% of nameplate power at year 30.
How are warranty claims handled?
Claims are processed by serial number against the stored EL image and IV flash record. Replacement or credit follows the datasheet warranty terms, with a documented claims process.
Which certifications do your modules carry?
The standard stack is IEC 61215, IEC 61730, CE, ISO 9001/14001/45001 and IEC 62941. TÜV Rheinland and PVEL are third-party verification partners.
Do you offer UL 61730 for the US and Canada market?
Yes. UL 61730 — the successor to UL 1703 — is available as an option, certified through our TÜV Rheinland partnership for North American market entry.
What Incoterms do you support?
We quote FOB, CIF, CFR and DDP. The confirmed port and Incoterm are stated on the quotation so landed cost is transparent from the start.
What is the difference between FOB and CIF for my order?
Under FOB, responsibility transfers to you once the goods are loaded at the departure port. Under CIF, we cover freight and insurance to the destination port. DDP extends this to customs-cleared door delivery.
Do you offer DDP delivery?
Yes. DDP includes ocean freight, insurance, customs clearance and final delivery where feasible for your destination, so you receive a landed price rather than a port price.
How many panels fit in a 40'HC container?
About 900–936 pcs of the 182 half-cell format (31–33 pallets), or 620–680 pcs of the 210 format. We confirm exact loading math per module size on your quotation.
What packaging do you use for export?
Vertical pallets with 2 pcs per carton, ISPM-15 heat-treated wood, corner protectors and moisture indicators — engineered for long-haul freight so modules arrive without glass stress.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit and 70% before shipment. L/C at sight is accepted from 1 MW / larger container volumes. OEM orders follow the same 30/70 split.
Do you accept L/C for large orders?
Yes. Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for project-scale orders from 1 MW, which covers utility and EPC procurement requirements.
What are the OEM/ODM minimums and timeline?
Custom branding starts at one container. Approval samples ship in 10 days and production runs 30–40 days with your logo on the frame and your branding on the datasheet and carton.
What can I customize on the module?
Frame color, junction box, cable length from 300 to 1200 mm, connector brand (four options) plus datasheet and carton print. BIPV and flexible lines support custom sizes and shapes.
How do you handle after-sales and technical support?
QC reports are delivered within 48 hours, third-party PSI is arranged within 3 working days, and reference documents ship under NDA within 3 working days. Email, WhatsApp, WeChat and LinkedIn are monitored during business hours.
