A module maker built for exporters.
ems-solar started as a module assembly shop and grew into a 2 GW+ capacity manufacturer serving 40+ countries. Every step of that growth — the first overseas container, the TOPCon line, the UL 61730 option — was added because an export customer asked for it.
Twelve years, told in shipping dates
Founded as a module assembly shop
Six employees, one manual stringing bench, a first 50 MW line. The name stood for energy management systems — the panels came first.
First overseas container
A 40'HC of 285 W poly modules to a Rotterdam distributor — ~900 pcs in one load, the same loading math we still quote today.
Full certification stack
IEC 61215/61730, CE, ISO 9001/14001/45001 and IEC 62941 in force — the baseline every buyer's checklist now expects.
N-type TOPCon line commissioned
The shift from P-type to N-type doubled the factory's efficiency headroom: −0.29%/°C temperature coefficient, bifacial ≥80%.
Bifacial dual-glass expansion
2.0+2.0 mm glass-glass lines came online as carport, agrivoltaic and white-roof demand crossed into the mainstream.
UL 61730 for North America
US/Canada market entry qualification added — the successor standard to UL 1703, certified through TÜV Rheinland partnership.

Three principles, enforced by documents
Anyone can print a mission statement. We prefer ours to survive an audit.
Bankability
In a market where the top ten hold ~75% of share, certificates are the door-opener. We carry the full IEC/CE/ISO stack and let third-party labs verify us — because your financier will.
Transparency
Batch QR traceability on every module, EL images and IV flash results stored against serial numbers, and QC reports that ship with the container — not after a dispute.
Speed
A quote in 24 hours, stock despatch in 3–7 days, production in 20–30 days. When your tender closes on Friday, our quotation is in your inbox by Monday.
