1500V DC Test Lab

High-voltage DC testing up to 1500V for utility-scale products. Insulation resistance, dielectric withstand, and partial discharge measurement. DC source/sink capability to 500kW.

Grid Simulation

Regenerative grid simulator capable of emulating grid faults, voltage sags/swells, frequency variations, and harmonic distortion per IEC 62116 and IEEE 1547 test protocols.

Efficiency Measurement

Precision power analyzers (Yokogawa WT series) for CEC and EU efficiency measurement. MPPT tracking efficiency tested with programmable PV simulators (Chroma/Regatron).

Environmental Chamber

Temperature cycling from -40 to +85 degrees Celsius, humidity up to 95% RH. Accelerated life testing, thermal imaging, and IP ingress protection verification (IP65/IP66).
